The secret to losing weight

It isn't actually a secret you know. It does, however, require a huge change in one's life.

So, during this time that I have been "missing" on the blog, I have changed my "diet" in the following ways. By the way, I learned that the word diet comes from Greece and means "Way of Life". I like a way of life much better.

75% of my food is whole grain.
More fruits and vegetables.
No red meat.
Keeping my added sugars to 10 grams and under per day.
Juice in moderation (8 oz per day.)
Water Water Water

I lost 5 lbs in a week! Tomorrow is my next weight check.

Still working out 3 to 4 times a week, mostly land right now.

Tonight I went to Hardbodies and Core and more.
